Eng.-Sub-lient. Allen James King, 26. only son of Mr. and Mrs. A. V. King. of Birch road, Mount Lofty, was an all-round sportsman. Educated at Prince Alfred College, he represented the college in rowing, and later was a member of the University crew. He was a member of the Sporting Car Club and secured numerous trophies in motor trials and for rowing.
