Son of Francois Anthony Ulcoq and Frances Maud Ulcoq nee Haggard of Mackay, QLD.

Next of kin given as his brother Arthur Ulcoq of Fairfield Road, Yeronga, QLD.

Also brother of Jeffrey Frederick Raoul Ulcoq who died of wounds on 5 March 1917 while serving with 5th Field Artillery Brigade and is buried in the Martinpuich British Cemeter, Row B, Grave 1; and Rene Anthony Ulcoq MC who returned to Australia on 15 May 1919 having served with the 2nd Division Artillery.

Returned to Australia on 2 January 1920 aboard HT Ormonde
