"TREVOR, Pryce. Private, No. 2515, 4th Div. Salvage Corps. Born at Bundaberg, and educated at Appletree Creek. The son of the late George Trevor and Elizabeth Trevor, of Central Mill, via Childers. Enlisted at Murgon, July, 1915, and went into Enoggera Camp. Attached to the 49th Battalion. Sailed for Egypt October, 1915, and arrived in November, 1915, where he went to Heliopolis for training. He went over to France in March, 1916, and transferred to the 4th Div. Salvage Corps. Went into action on the Somme, Fleurs, and Pozieres, and was wounded in August, 1916. He was sent to hospital in France and returned to the firing line after a few months. Was wounded again in June, 1917, at Messines, and sent to hospital in France. Returned to the lines.
