About
At The Heights, learning is a journey that begins in the early years and continues through to Year 12. As a P-12 community school, we have the unique privilege of walking alongside our students and families for many years, watching children grow into confident, capable young adults who are ready to make their mark on the world.
Our school is built on a strong belief that every student deserves the opportunity to pursue excellence. At The Heights, high expectations are matched with high levels of care, ensuring that each learner is supported, challenged and inspired to achieve their personal best. This commitment has seen our students achieve outstanding academic outcomes and has established The Heights as a school widely recognised for its strong academic performance.
We are also proud to be one of only three public schools in South Australia offering selective entry for gifted learners through the Ignite program. This program enables students with exceptional intellectual potential to learn alongside like-minded peers in an environment that nurtures curiosity, deep thinking and a passion for learning.
What truly sets The Heights apart, however, is the strength of our community. Being a P-12 school means our younger students learn alongside older role models, and our senior students take pride in supporting the next generation. Relationships matter here. Our staff know our students, our families are deeply connected to the school, and together we create a learning environment where everyone belongs.
The Heights is a place where ambition, opportunity and community come together. From the first days of schooling through to graduation, we are committed to ensuring every student is known, challenged and supported to thrive.
